Greg Giraldo Biography

Greg Giraldo is one of the hottest comics in the country. Socially provocative and yet broadly funny, Greg has become one of the most versatile and highly entertaining comics working today.

Recently, Greg shot pilots Fresh Squeezed for NBC and The Root of All Evil for Comedy Central. His debut comedy album, Good Day to Cross a River(Comedy Central Records), dropped in October. In 2006, he hosted The Stand Up Show with Greg Giraldo on Comedy Central and he appeared on the Comedy Central Roast of William Shatner. On past shows, Greg has roasted Pamela Anderson, Howard Stern and Jeff Foxworthy.

Greg is well known from his stint as a regular panelist on Comedy Central's Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn. He regularly contributes a rant segment to Last Call with Carson Daly (NBC) where he provides his unique spin on current events, politics, and family life. In addition to his two half hour stand-up specials, Comedy Central Presents... Greg Giraldo, Greg also has performed on Late Show with David Letterman (CBS), and he has been a guest on Late Night with Conan O' Brien (NBC) a dozen times.

In late 2004, Greg released an enormously successful song with producer LaZBoy entitled Underwear Goes Inside the Pants that has received a tremendous amount of airplay on both Modern rock and Top 40 radio across the

Upon receipt of the information included in the Consultation & Artist Info Package, Buyer agrees that ERG has fulfilled its obligations under this agreement and releases ERG from any and all liability to the maximum extent allowed by law, and will indemnify and hold harmless ERG, its directors, officers, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims arising from this agreement and subsequent event including but not limited to all third party claims, losses, damages, suits, fees, judgments, costs and expenses (collectively referred to as 'Claims'), including attorneys' fees incurred in responding to such Claims, that the parties may suffer or incur arising out of or in connection with (a) a party’s negligence, willful misconduct, or breach of any representation, warranty, or other obligation under this Agreement, or (b) any personal injury (including death) or damage to property resulting from a party or its agents' acts or omissions and standard force majeure. The parties will give prompt notice of any Claim to the other party, and the parties will defend the opposing party at their request. This Agreement will be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of NEVADA.
